ProCodrr
Terms of Service
These terms apply when you visit procodrr.com, sign in to procodrr.dev, or buy or use ProCodrr courses and learning services.
Effective date: October 1, 2026
1. About ProCodrr
ProCodrr provides online programming education, including courses, lessons, practice exercises, projects, and related learner account services. These terms form an agreement between you and ProCodrr when you use our website or services. By using them, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Learner accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you use Google sign-in, Google verifies your identity and shares the basic account information described in our Privacy Policy; Google sign-in does not give ProCodrr access to your YouTube account or other Google services.
Contact us promptly at contact@procodrr.com if you believe someone has used your account without permission. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably needed to protect accounts, users, or the service, investigate misuse, or comply with law.
3. Course purchases and access
Course descriptions, prices, included materials, and access periods are shown on the relevant course or checkout page. A purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course for the stated access period, subject to these terms and any additional terms shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. The provider’s terms apply to its payment service. Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If a course page and these terms conflict about a specific purchase, the course or checkout details shown when you paid govern that purchase.
4. Permitted use
You may use the services for lawful personal learning. You must not:
- share account credentials or let others use your individual course access;
- copy, republish, sell, sublicense, or publicly distribute course materials without our written permission;
- record, scrape, or systematically download lessons or course content except where a feature expressly allows it;
- circumvent access controls, disrupt the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- use the services in a way that violates law or infringes another person’s rights.
5. ProCodrr content and your materials
ProCodrr and its licensors own the website and course materials, including videos, lesson text, exercises, graphics, and branding, except for material identified as belonging to someone else. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws. The limited course access license above does not transfer ownership to you.
You retain rights in content you submit to us. You allow us to use it only as reasonably needed to provide the service, respond to you, or address a support or safety issue. Do not submit confidential or unlawful material through public or shared course features.
6. Third-party services
Sign-in, course hosting, communications, and payments may rely on third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. ProCodrr is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, but you can contact us if a third-party issue affects your use of a ProCodrr course or account.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the learning platform available and course information current, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical problems, or events outside our reasonable control. We may update or replace parts of a service or course. We will honor the purchase and access terms that applied when you enrolled, subject to applicable law.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
Courses are educational materials. We do not guarantee a particular job, exam result, income, or learning outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available, and ProCodrr is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Suspension and ending access
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create a security risk, or if we must do so by law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Account closure does not cancel payment obligations already due or affect records we must retain by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. If a change materially affects existing users, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
11. Contact
