ProCodrr

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ProCodrr handles information when you visit procodrr.com, sign in to procodrr.dev, or use our programming courses and learning services.

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Who this policy covers

“ProCodrr,” “we,” and “us” refer to the ProCodrr programming education service, including its website, learner account, and online courses. This policy applies to information we collect directly and information that service providers process for us to operate those services.

Information we collect

  • Account and sign-in information: If you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google shares the basic information allowed by the sign-in permissions you approve. This may include your name, email address, profile picture, and a stable Google account identifier. We use this information to authenticate you, create or find your ProCodrr learner account, and keep you signed in.
  • Learning and purchase information: We process course enrollments, access entitlements, learning activity or progress, and purchase status so we can provide courses, maintain your account, and answer support requests. Payments are handled by payment providers; we do not ask you to send full payment card details by email.
  • Messages you send us: If you contact support, we receive the contact details and information you include in your message.
  • Website and device information: Our website may record technical information such as browser and device details, pages visited, referral information, approximate timing, and diagnostic logs. Our marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site.
  • Cookies and session data: We and our learning platform use necessary session technologies to keep you signed in, protect accounts, and remember essential settings. Analytics technologies may also be used on the marketing website.

How Google sign-in data is used

ProCodrr uses Google sign-in only to verify your identity and provide access to your learner account. We use the sign-in information described above to create or match your account, display basic account details, associate your course access and progress with your account, and help protect the sign-in process.

ProCodrr does not request access to your YouTube account or to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, or other Google services as part of learner sign-in. We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Our access to Google user data is limited to providing the sign-in feature you request, as described here and in the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Why we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, secure, and support the ProCodrr learning platform;
  • authenticate learners and maintain their accounts;
  • deliver course access, track course progress, and process purchases;
  • respond to requests and send service-related messages;
  • understand site performance, prevent fraud or misuse, and meet legal obligations.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably needed in these situations:

  • Service providers: Our learning platform, hosting, storage, support, email, analytics, and payment providers may process relevant information for us to provide their services. They may use it only to perform those services for ProCodrr and as otherwise permitted by law.
  • Google: Google handles the sign-in and identity verification flow. Google’s handling of information is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.
  • Business changes or with your direction: Information may be transferred as part of a business reorganization, or shared when you direct us to do so or give consent.

Retention and deletion

We keep learner account, enrollment, and progress information while needed to operate your account and provide purchased courses. We may keep limited transaction, security, or support records for the period needed to meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account information by emailing contact@procodrr.com from your account email and describing your request. Some purchase records may need to be retained where the law requires it. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies held in protected backups.

You can also stop using Google sign-in or remove ProCodrr’s connection from your Google Account’s third-party connections. Removing that connection prevents future sign-ins through it; contact us separately if you also want your ProCodrr learner account deleted.

Security and location of processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Online services cannot guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in the countries where their systems or support teams operate.

Children

ProCodrr courses are not designed to collect information from children without appropriate permission. If you are below the age at which you may consent to online services where you live, use the service with a parent or guardian’s involvement. If you believe a child has provided us information without required permission, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. We will post the current version here and update its effective date. If a change materially affects how we use Google user data, we will provide an appropriate notice before applying the changed practice.
